About Me

I am a native (Northern) Californian transplanted to Wyoming after spending 17 years in the American South.  I am loving life, working and raising my three youngest children, who were adopted from Haiti.  If you are interested in our adoption story, it is chronicled here.
We moved to Wyoming in April of 2012, and despite some challenging weather, we are happy, healthy and living the dream! And so very happy to be back out west.

When kids or the job aren’t taking all my time I like exploring and traveling, writing, photography, and Pinterest.  And, oh yes, I am addicted to beading, stringing, and making jewelry. It has saved my sanity more than once.
